General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products, and activities on the 1 xbeat platform. They form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "User") and the 1 xbeat operator (the "Platform").

Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1 xbeat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and debit/credit cards.

All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted with incomplete wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled, and the bonus balance may be forfeited.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding the deposited amount.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, 1 xbeat may place a hold on payments while an investigation is conducted.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

1 xbeat offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which must be read before claiming. By accepting a bonus, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions associated with it.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds only become withdrawable after wagering the bonus a specified number of times. A wagering requirement of 15x to 40x typically applies.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period (typically 7–30 days). Any bonus that is not used within this period will be automatically cancelled.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. Please refer to the bonus details for a list of eligible games.
• Claiming the Same Bonus Multiple Times: Claiming the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited. If detected, all bonuses and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Welcome Bonus: Available to first-time registered members only. The same bonus cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.

Betting Rules & Gaming Conditions

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots gaming on 1 xbeat. All games are operated using internationally certified software.

Keep the following in mind when it comes to Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 1 xbeat acknowledges a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the original stake will be refunded.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided and subject to investigation.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change. The odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1 xbeat reserves the right to recalculate and settle bets at the correct odds.

For Casino & Slots games:

• The RTP (Return to Player) for all games is determined by the respective game software provider.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, any active bets remain valid and will be in effect once the connection is restored.
• Progressive Jackpot winnings will be paid out following identity verification through the designated process.
